Acheiro — Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy is issued by KSD Inc., an Ontario corporation with its registered office at 4889 A Dundas Street West, Suite 3, Etobicoke, Ontario, M9A 1B2, Canada ("KSD Inc.", "we", "us"). It applies to the Acheiro mobile application ("Acheiro" or the "App").

2. What Acheiro Does

Acheiro is an iOS camera app for content creators. It provides an on-device AI Cameraman that coaches you while you shoot, hands-free capture via voice commands and schedules, choreographed recordings (automated zoom and camera switching), multi-device recording, live streaming, and an optional "Your Voice" feature that analyzes your own public social media content to personalize the coaching to your style.

3. What Stays on Your Device

Your media: Photos and videos you capture are saved to your device's photo library. They are never uploaded to us.

AI Cameraman processing: The real-time coaching (face, pose, framing, and lighting analysis) runs entirely on your iPhone using Apple's on-device frameworks. No camera frames leave your device.

Voice commands: Speech recognition for capture commands runs on-device via Apple's Speech framework.

Settings, schedules, and library organization: Your camera settings, scheduled and recurring captures, folders, and gallery organization are stored locally. Optional location tags on captures use your device's location services and are embedded in your media the same way the built-in Camera app does.

No account required: Acheiro has no login and does not ask for your name or email address.

4. The "Your Voice" Feature

When you run a Your Voice analysis, the App sends the social media platform and handle you entered, any guide screenshots you attached, and your optional written description to our backend server. The server retrieves publicly available posts from that account (via Apify) and generates a style profile using Anthropic's Claude AI service. The results are returned to your device, where they are stored locally.

Our server is stateless: it does not keep copies of your handle, images, retrieved posts, or analysis results after the request completes. Standard technical request logs (timestamp, IP address, response status) may be retained briefly by our hosting provider for security and reliability monitoring.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store — we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to validate subscription status and to count your Your Voice analysis usage against your plan's monthly allowance. This is associated with a randomly generated identifier, not your name, email, or Apple ID.

6. Streaming Accounts

If you connect a YouTube account for live streaming, authentication happens directly between your device and Google. Access tokens are stored on your device, and your stream goes directly from your device to the platform — not through our servers.

7. Third-Party Services

• Anthropic (Claude): Processes Your Voice analysis requests. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

• RevenueCat: Manages subscription status and usage allowances. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store: Handles all payment processing.
• Vercel: Hosts the backend that processes Your Voice requests. No analysis content is persisted there.
• Google (YouTube): Live-stream authentication and ingest, directly from your device.

8. What We Don't Do

We do not sell your data, show ads, run third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, or build advertising profiles.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

Deleting the App removes all locally stored data. Because our server keeps no per-user content, the only server-side record is the anonymous subscription usage counter held by RevenueCat, which you can ask us to remove using the contact below.

10. Children

Acheiro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

11. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new "Last updated" date.
