By accessing or using any KSD Apps services including Tabrows, TerraYap, MUB, and MemoAmmo (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
KSD Apps provides software applications and services for creators and operators:
• Tabrows: Live overlay automation and audience engagement tools for streaming and broadcasting
• TerraYap: Conversational AI that responds in real time to live broadcasts and community chat
• MUB: Creator dashboards for metrics, milestones, and monetization insights
• MemoAmmo: Personal knowledge management for capturing and organizing ideas
Some of our Services use artificial intelligence and generative AI technologies. AI-generated content may contain incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or biased information. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any AI-generated content. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Not use false identities or impersonate others
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that have been inactive for 180 days or more, or for violation of these Terms. Accounts engaged in fraudulent activity, payment disputes, chargebacks, or abuse of our Services may be immediately suspended or terminated without refund.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. KSD Apps will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other means. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact us at ksdcontactus@gmail.com.
Certain Services require payment of subscription fees. By subscribing, you agree to:
• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Authorize automatic recurring billing unless you cancel
• Understand that subscription fees are billed in advance
• Immediately update your payment information if it changes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized charges
Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play Store) are subject to those platforms' payment terms and policies.
Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel subscriptions if we suspect fraudulent activity, payment disputes, or chargebacks. Multiple subscription purchases from the same payment method or unusual payment patterns may be flagged for review. We may request additional verification before processing payments or activating services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel:
• Apple App Store: Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions, select the subscription, and tap Cancel
• Google Play Store: Open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions, select the subscription, and tap Cancel

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for the remainder of the billing period.
ALL PAYMENTS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PURCHASES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, except where required by applicable law. By purchasing or subscribing to any KSD Apps service (Tabrows, TerraYap, MUB, or MemoAmmo), you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
This policy applies to all payment methods and platforms, including but not limited to direct purchases, Apple App Store subscriptions, and Google Play Store subscriptions.
Limited exceptions may be made for: (1) significant technical issues that prevent service use and cannot be resolved, (2) duplicate charges due to billing errors, (3) legal requirements in your jurisdiction, or (4) unauthorized charges subject to verification. All exception requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge to ksdcontactus@gmail.com and are subject to review.
If you dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be immediately suspended or terminated, and you may lose access to all services and data.
You are responsible for all content you submit, upload, or transmit through our Services. You agree not to use our Services to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory content
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are owned by KSD Apps and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services without our express written permission.
KSD Apps, Tabrows, TerraYap, MUB, and MemoAmmo are trademarks of KSD Apps. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written consent.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement through our Services, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located
• Your contact information (address, telephone number, email address)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms and services (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, streaming platforms). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.
You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations. You may not use or export our Services in violation of U.S. export laws and regulations or any other applicable jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

We do not warrant that:
• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Services will be corrected
• AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your needs
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KSD APPS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KSD Apps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You have 30 days from the date you first use the Services to opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to ksdcontactus@gmail.com.
BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. All disputes must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
The arbitration will be conducted in the English language and governed by the laws of the State of California and the Federal Arbitration Act.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
