Custom Theme with blending between the chrome default toolbar colour and the custom theme. The Overlay width is also condensed. There are 3 rows of App Icons, and hover has activated the "Tools" section of App Icons. "App Tab", "Research" etc are all user labelled and correspond to open windows, and the tabs of that selected window are displayed below. If windows are minimised, the pill will grey out.
